The thought of a nine-book series isn't really inspiring me - feeling overloaded on books ATM - although I do like the sound of the interweaving of Celtic mythology and the Knights Templar.

I don't know if I could handle another complex series...oranniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14007355589161084262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5146259764837045872.post-58877657310192997602010-08-05T18:16:57.959-04:002010-08-05T18:16:57.959-04:00Sarah - I haven't actually read the first tril...Sarah - I haven't actually read the first trilogy so I don't really know personally if it would be better to pick up the first set of books before reading it or not. Some other reviews I read did say that you would look at it differently if you'd read the previous books first, though, so reading them beforehand may be a decent idea. I've also mostly heard that they are better than this book, which was interesting but didn't make me want to run out and procure the next book immediately.Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01700004253248186101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5146259764837045872.post-28439713976219267212010-08-05T14:34:55.064-04:002010-08-05T14:34:55.064-04:00This book has been looking at me, but I've rea...This book has been looking at me, but I've read a few "eh" ish (meaning average) reviews on it. I think it might be a good library book to pick up eventually. I didn't know there was a trilogy before this book. You said it's not necessary to read the first trilogy before reading this book, but just in case do you think it's smart for readers to pick up the other trilogy first anyway?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
