I've never read anything all the way through by any of those authors in the novel category other than Gaiman, either, although one by Charles Stross is on my to-read pile. (Tried to read Stephenson's Snow Crash and just couldn't get through it.)

Elizabeth Bear, who was nominated for a novelette, is one of my favorite authors (for her Promethean Age series, A Companion to Wolves co-written with Sarah Monette, and All the Wind-Wracked Stars).Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01700004253248186101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5146259764837045872.post-67800321088013901982009-03-21T01:19:00.000-04:002009-03-21T01:19:00.000-04:00Thank you Kristen!*small voice*Is it bad I haven't...Thank you Kristen!

*small voice*

Is it bad I haven't written any of the nominees' books?oranniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14007355589161084262noreply@blogger.com
